I believe the Out Island series from Morgan are all full keeled, semi-flush deck ctr cockpits with their distinctive sheer and hull-deck joint, usually with windows along the sheerline too. Many are ketches.
All the 41s on Yachtworld appear to be of the type, whether they are advertised as "OI"s or not.
Morgan did produce other boats like the Brewer-designed 38, aft cockpit boats with more conventional appeal and performance, I'd expect. Whether they produced a 41 with a different pedigree I'm not certain, but I believe that many of the newer Catalina models are based on earlier Morgan hulls.
