There are three of these up and down the east coast, this one is in the Atlanta/Buford area. I see a few things that may or may not blow up on buying this. Typical mid 80's foam back vinyl hull/headliner that is falling off. Not too bad to replace. You will find Jeanneaus from that time frame have a bit more teak that many women like over the plainer Catalina's and Hunters from that time. With the headliner having issues, you may or may not be able to bargain some on this one, but figure about 1500-2000 in materials depending upon how you try to fix it, then some labor. You might be able to get this boat down into the 7-8K range. It has also be for sale for awhile IIRC.

Not saying this boat is for you, but if close, check it out. I have an 84 Arcadia that is 30' long, similar issues when I bought her, but worth the fixing in the end.

Another option.

She drives me boat,
I drives me dinghy!
