me, an oday and a choy lee
Ok guys... im thinking about a new (to me) boat. 84 O'day 28.... diesel in the shop with bottom job and general fix up included.... its got a decent beam, but i hate to trade down in loa... but it would mean my boat would get a decade newer... or alternately im eyeballing a choy lee that is about 45'. one heck of a lot of boat. There is a lot of wood that would need maintained and ive read that a lot of choy lee parts are custom by the manufacturer and sometimes difficult to replace.
Do you guys have experience with either of these boats, and compliments or criticisms of there overall reliability/ease of maintainece/etc?
thanks
