Offshore Boat research

Hey guys and gals,
Many of you may know I am trying to figure out which boat I will eventually settle on.
I am now in the process of going through the Offshore Boat list by John Neal, looking up the ones that fit my initial criteria and cross referencing those boats to yachtworld and sailboatlistings to see what was actually available, price, condition etc.
Its been an interesting study. At first, I wasnt documenting my findings, just rifling through. But then, I started blogging my findings and thoughts on each boat I thought was noteworthy along with a picture.
It will take a while, but when I finish the research, I will know a lot more than I do now about what I want versus what is available. I realize that once this research is done, the real learning will come in seeing and sailing the boats I am interested in.
As I post my findings, it would be great if any of you wanted to go to the blog and make comments or give input regarding the boats.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
