Do I have to pay retail price?

I''m ready to purchase a Tracker Bass boat from a dealership. There price is called a "Nationally Advertised Retail Price." I would never pay retail for a car but is this the same that I can expect when buying a boat?

Twenty-five years ago, local boat dealers wanted to discount a $25,000 boat by $200.-300. I found another dealer in Florida who discounted the same boat by almost $5,000. There''s always someone who will deal with you.
