I'm guessing that the double ender may be a Stan Huntingford design, similar to the Slocum. It looks like she's got experience and has had some significant work done. (Steering may have been an issue due to the extensive rudder mods - presumably that's been addressed now)
I believe that many, if not most, of the Reliance hulls were marketed as owner finished hull-and-deck kits.. find a good one and you'll probably have a pretty nice boat.
