seeking boat i.d.

Hey all:

About to buy a boat from a friend. No HIN on the boat, no maker plate. Appears to be from the 1960's or 70's. 13'10" length. Rudder hardware says BLUE BUOY. Lightweight, looks like it was made for casual sport use. Lightweight entry-level grade hardware and rigging. Any ideas?

Thanks for any info or suggestions. Google searching reveals only one larger yacht under the name Blue Buoy., nothing at all like this.

Update: Bought the boat, found a sail logo, see newly attached picture. I'm hoping this might jog someone's memory...
