I am looking for the info on East Orient 32 sloop (apparently Ted Brewer design). Any comments or links greatly appreciated.

I looked at her on her webpage, and don''t know anything about her either, but she is a charmer. I suspect Jeff H has a big reference book with info about every yacht ever built. Maybe he can help.

I just bought one this january, built in 1978. It''s a Taiwan built Ted brewer design. There doesn''t seem to be many around. For general comparison and maintenance issues, look at the Union 36''s or Polaris 36''s listed on Yachtworld.com. They were obviously built by the same yard, as there are endless simularities in detail. We have not commissioned ours yet, so I have no insights into performance, but it''s a comfortable piece of furniture at the dock...I have copies of the original brochures, etc.

Saw your reply to an E-mail query about the East Orient 32.

Am considering looking at same and would love to see the brochures if you care to share them with me. I have been a Ted Brewer fan for some years and own one of his smaller sloops now. She is For Sale and I would like to move up to the 32.

Any help getting information is greatly appreciated..
