Tanzer 22 for sale

I just got back from working up north and received a 20 foot boat that has most of its gear and more importantly a trailer. So Im looking to sell my Tanzer due to the fact it needs more work. I have done some work on my Tanzer including, replacing the port holes with new plex-glass, refinishing all of the teak with cetol inside and out, I added tile to the partition wall and counter top. I have three sails all older but in good shape, the boat have everything including mast and solid sandblasted keel. Im located in central Florida and willing to trade the boat for a work trailer or cash. Let me know if anyone is interested and ill upload some pictures.
