I think you have been unlucky with your brokers.

I made very detailed enquiries about a number of boats often asking them to send me additional photographs to clarify things. I asked Dave of Maritime Yacht sales to do just that and he had to fly up from St Croix to the BVI to get them, another Florida broker part dismantled the boat to get a pic of the chain plates which we agreed were well dodgy.

Mind you I was propably giving off these " I am ready to buy " invisible waves that good salesman can pick up. Just as they have radar that detects "tyre kickers"
