I am trying to find the builder and any other info on a hybrid boat. It is a sailboat with a 50 or so horse outboard to be used to sail and cruise. I beleive the brand was Thompson, but I can not find any info. I am intererested in any brand out there. Maybe 25- 30 feet.
Perhaps you are asking about the Macgregor 26SX which is neither a good sailboat or a good powerboat but certainly is a better power boat than sailer. Lancer also built a similar concept at one time that was 28 feet is I remember right.
