Good Places to sell a boat.

Hey guys I am selling my C22 to upgrade. I haven't had any luck on craigslist or the newspaper, can anyone recommend good free and/or paid sites that I might have better luck.

Thanks!

Stephen

oh, one other thought, if you are going through a broker to buy your new boat, they may take the old on trade (probably not as good a deal for you) or be willing to list it in their 'for sale' section of their website which is oft linked to yachtworld.com

QuickMick is correct. Although Sailing Texas is now accepting voluntary fees for their ads.

Where are you located? That may help us with your query.

Lightbulb Gettin' the word out

And just to cast your net as widely as possible... be sure to use the ad part of your owners' association web site.
I cannot speak for all the other makes of boat, but I know that the Ericson owners' site gets a lot of traffic, and the For Sale forum gets a lot of hits.
