islander bahama 24 in need of sails

Greetings, I just joined as today I acquired a Islander Bahama 24. hull is in great shape, inside has work that needs to be done. Nothing major though, My big question for now is where can I get sails for this. None came with it, I will end up replacing all my rigging also, I simply dont trust old questionable ropes.

any assistance is greatly appreciated

Welcome and congratulations on your new boat. Check with your local sail maker, they often have a stock of used sails that can be cut and reshaped to fit your Islander Bahama.

A friend had one many years ago. A nice sailing boat with decent space below for a boat that size and age.

New sails (main and genny) would be about $1500 or so from one of the online lofts like FX Sails, North Sails Direct, or National Sail Supply. If you need a mainsail cover, figure another $200.
