BVI Boat Surveyors

Can anyone recommend a boat surveyor in the BVI, someone you have actually had experience with?

Minnewaska will become famous soon enough
Send someone down. I had a survey done by a local in St. Thomas. Not totally, but nearly useless. Martin something was his name, I believe. I would have to look it up for you. Let's face it, the business environment is as laid back as the rest down there.

I've used Robert Hirst (R W Hirst & Co Ltd - the BVI marine surveyors) twice in the past and can recommend him as a buyer's surveyor. He knows the boats, their typical problems and does careful inspections with attention to detail.
