Allmand 35s????

I''m looking at an Allmand 35 -- a mid-80s tri-cabin version -- and wanted to hear some opinions on these boats.

Would also be interested in any estimates of value. The boat shows some exterior age, as is to be expected, and needs some cosmetic fixes, such as new bimini, dodger, etc.

She''s loaded, including refrigertor, radar, auto pilot, and new diesel engine.
