I don''t know about Northern Ct, but you can try Bill Stadel in Stamford or Hew Schlereth in Milford.

I used a great surveyor from Rhode Island and I know he travels because he is getting ready to survey a Scottish fleet this month. His name is Capt. Joe Davis and if you email me (contact info on my website or send personal message here) I will be happy to provide you with his contact info.
Sorry I don''t know of one directly in CT but this guy was definately worth it.
