Want to Co-Op on 30''-35'' Sailboat

I live in the Washington DC area and own a 27'' Catalina now. I would like to co-op with a current owner of a larger boat to share costs and boat expence. I have experiance in sailing and maintaining a boat. Any suggestions?

i''m in nj-nyc area and would like to buy a 30-38'' boat. also looking for others to co-op a boat. if anyone reads this and has interest please get back to me. would like to get on the water when the weather breaks. i now sail out of newport marina in nj.would like to venture to L.I. sound and other overnight local crusing areas. any one or two interested.
