Hello all. Im still looking for my boat and wonder what impressions and experiences are with late model Jeanneau. I would know better than to ask a comparison to otherp production boats, but general impressions count to value and actual experiences count to actual use. I have heard both pro and con in the group of production boats. Thanks

So which boat? If you really think brand name alone matter just buy the 50 ft Jenneau, they are a nice boat you''ll like it.

I would say a 50 Anything would have a great chance of being a nice boat..

Did you get a Jeanneau yet? I started selling them part time this year and am impressed with the balance for quality and price. I ordered a Sun Fast 35. Let me know if you have any questions. This is my third larger keel boat owned.

Yes I am with the dealership in Annapolis. Again I must say part time from like 4pm-? each day. I have a limited customer base that way, so I can spend a lot of time with folks. My last customer I even went shopping with at West Marine for his new boat. They all are great guys in the office. Really love sailing. The owner is the most compassionate business owner I''ve met. They have been a top Jeanneau dealer, as well as Fountain Pajot. many dealer of the year awards.

Sorry for my input. I forgot where I was. I just have a lot of enthusisiam. Won''t happen again. You probablly speak for everyone. For what''s it''s worth, I did mention a lot of boats in my posts and said I personally would look to buy a sabre, a wauquiez, Elan, and that I like the B-firsts. Just my opinion. I also said one should look at every production manufacturer on their own regardless of what they hear.

It was my fault for asking. I do like knowing who is either a broker or dealer on here....there are several. I do not think that association a priori detracts from one''s opinion. And... really...you never know when you will want to know a dealer or broker.
