Surveyor recommendation, San Diego CA

Hello All,

Can anyone recommend a surveyor in San Diego, CA? Familiarity with X-Yachts is a plus.

Also, can anyone recommend a marine engine surveyor? Yanmar saildrive, year 2000. I want to make sure that lower unit isn't all corroded and filled with sea life.
