Phoenix 38. Anyone know these boats?

Saw an interesting ad on craigslist, but have never heard of the make:

Seems pretty inexpensive for a 38 foot boat. What do you think?

The more I look at her, the better she looks. Right now I'm just glad that she's a long distance away. If she were closer I might be tempted to consider something rash.

I found a reference to these boats as being a South African Trintella 38. I haven't compared pics yet, but it could be they sold the mould to a South African company. Sounds reasonable.

Was 35k correct?

I read the survey and from that and the pictures it looks pretty interesting. As far as I know they don't build shoddy boats in South Africa - especially the few that end up sailing here.

Yeah, it was something like that. Too good to be true.
Actually, some of the cruising catamarans such as Admiral and Charter Cats (Wildcat) are a bit suspect.
