I own a 1989 Tartan 372 and I love the boat. I have had alot of problems with engine vibration and in fact I have had to have some extensive work done to her this winter. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems? If so, perhaps we could compare notes.

Thanks

Engine mounts tight? Engine bed sound? Shaft trued to transmission coupling? Cutless bearing worn? Valves adjusted correctly? That''s where I''d start, although the valve thing would only smooth running.....

Thanks - yes tightened engine mounts, changed them, replaced shaft with SS one & cutlass bearing and replaced log and added extra cutlass bearing in log. I will see if the rigging shakes after all this, but I was wondering what other owners experience with this boat has been.

Thanks
