Comparing the 78 ODAY 27 with a 79 Paceship PY26

The paceship has the 1gm8 diesel with a fixed keel, no instruments, furlex roller furler and original mainsail in really clean condition.

The Oday has newer head sails including what looks like a mylar sail and a newer main, the head sails are set up to change from one sail to another while on the fly to win races( twin forestays).
The drawback to the ODAY would be the 9.9 EVINRUDE outboard with electric start.

Both boats are approx. the same price.
We will be using extensively for gunkholing and the max depth for marina exit is 4'6"
There are boats with deeper drafts and I would rather not be in the situation to get pulled off all the time.
