Does anyone have experience with a Ron Amy Landfall 39 Pilothouse Cutter?

There's one for sale here in Seattle and another in Portland. I'm considering buying and moving to San Diego, then cruising Mexico. A google and sailnet search turned up no real information about the quality of construction. The specific boats I'm looking at are really able to be beautiful if the wood gets love.
