In a 21 to 24 foot trailerable sailboat, which boat is the best quality? Are there certain year models to steer clear? Is there somewhere on the web where boats are compared similar to an encyclopedia? Consumer reports for boats? I am too frugal to find the right boat after buying 3 or 4.
