Pearson 303 for liveaboard cruising

I was just wondering if anyone has any pros or cons about the pearson 303 for a liveaboard cruising boat for florida bahamas area. Thank you for any input.

Pearson 303 for liveaboard cruising

Email a fellow named Don at svperil@yahoo.com and ask him. He keeps a P-303 email list and I''m sure can tell you all about the pros and cons of living aboard that boat.
