Anything like Viko or Tes sold in the USA?

I really like the 20 - 23 foot boats made by Viko and Tes out of Europe. I'm not looking to race, and I really like the idea of having a lot of cabin space.

Does anyone know if there are similar boats that are being sold in the USA? Tes has a Canadian dealer, but they don't seem to carry all of the models.

The prices on the Viko seem to be disturbingly cheap. Their 23 foot boat is under $16,000 USD. (see VIKO Yacht Prices ) Can a boat be seaworthy at that price?

Here are some photos of the Viko 23:

I'm thinking the MacGregor 26. It's trailerable and looks similar to the pics. There are many videos on Youtube about them, including a long set from the manufacturer that details how they are built. If I were in the market for a smaller boat, I would seriously look at them.
