Oceanis 423 vs Bavaria 44

Hello friends, I'm considering to buy a sailing boat mainly for living aboard and for some coastal / middle radius offshore cruising. On the base of my budget and considering the reselling potential (very important because this represents a temporary boat) I'm focused on the Bavaria 44 and Beneteau Oceanis 423.
I would appreciate any suggestions regarding those boats in terms of safety, building quality, reselling.
