So, have you put the house on the market yet?

Shameless self-promotion - my blog for the Annapolis Capital newspaper is moving to a new location:

I sold my house and bought a bigger/newer/better equipped boat. Sell your house now before the market drops again.

Denise, if you could sell the one you have?!?!?!?!

A dock mate has had one of these since it was the first show model in Seattle. He has been down the left coast 2 times to mexico, and 2 time to and from by truck. Nice looking boat etc. His is a bit worst for wear, but if you could get one......it would go anywhere from what I understand.

And what are you waiting for? Sold up and sailed away 12 years ago. Best decision I've ever made. GO FOR IT!

Hey, thanks for the link! I offered them $15,000 cash and they accepted!! Can you believe that????

Sorry, I was just having delusional moment... I'm fine now.

It does look great though, and who knows what they might accept?

They exaggerated the winch prices - the most expensive Lewmar 50 2 speed at Mauri Pro is only $2268. The ad says $3500 each.

Nice boat though.
