Can anyone tell me about this boat? i am looking at one with a 3''11" keel. It seems to be a nice enough rig and it''s priced right. I want to take it to Central America and use it for a livaboard. It is pretty well loaded with the exception of no chart plotter, but it is diesel and has lots of other equipment.
These were never intended to be anything more than coastal cruisers. They were not really that robust or set up for the kinds of passages that you are considering. It would take a lot to make them suitable for that type of use.
