Buying in Norfolk, VA

Does anyone know of any marinas in the Hampton Roads area that have any decent sailboats for sale? I know that is an incredibly vague question, but there are slim pickin's via private dealers and I want to take a look at all my options.

Looking for around a 29-35ft boat. Amenities and models aren't important. Just want to get a feel for what is out there.
Thanks!

Try walking some of the marinas, you will see boats left to the elements unattended too for sometime. Ask the marina for contact info, and if they have any boats that have been abandoned. They will usually negotiate the abandoned boats for partial unpaid dock fees.

A people that values its privileges above it's principles will soon lose both.

Knowing what you are looking for, I did a quick search on Yachtworld. There are a couple in your area, but you really need to go to Deltaville and look around.

i sail out of norfolk, there are some real good deals on craigslist. I usually search norfolk, eastern shore, eastern NC, annapolis and richmond. There is a nice Alberg 30 in NC as well as many other great boats on there now. We bought ours in Oriental and sailed her to Norfolk. Check with local marina managers too, guy bought a cape dory 28 from our marina that have been abandoned for $500.00. He has put about 2500-3000 and is out sailing!
Good luck! Sailing out of Little creek area is great!

So Jorge, how's the boat search coming? We haven't heard from you in a few weeks.
