Can anyone give me specific advice and issues to look for on a 97 Hunter 430?

I have a friend of mine in South Florida that I cruised with for about a week that would possibly be interested in selling his 1997 Hunter 45 Center Cockpit. I think he was wanting in the low 100's to mid 100's. It was a very nice boat. With the center cockpit, there was substantial room on deck behind the seats for my wife to lay out and "sun". Beautiful boat, wish I had the money to buy it.

window leaks, and damage from them, if leaking.
Arch and attachment, look for add ons that were not done correctly.
deck hardware bedded/sealed correctly (no leaks in to core or softspots)
rudder stock and steering gear
tankage should have been replaced by now
rigging as well, check closely
loops for heads are hard to access, make sure the siphon stops are serviced
wiring in engine room, check for chafe and damage, as almost of all of it transits the room
anchor well for watertight, as well as windlass operation in to the well
