78 Catalina 30 for sale `The Other Woman''

I just put a deposit on a 98 C36 so I''m selling `The Other Woman''! She has been a true labor of love over the 10 years I have owned her and virtually every system has been replaced or installed in the last 4 years. Basically she is a new old C30.
