Any info appreciated

I have been looking for a live aboard/blue water cruiser for while now. I think I''ve logged some 10,000 miles just inspecting. I can''t tell you the number of boats that DO NOT match the advertising. Even the photos are no help at all. Seems that photos are displayed that HAD to have been taken years ago or don''t match the vessel at all!

I would like some info on a couple of boats that I may travel to see, but can''t come up with basic info before I commit to another trip.

Can anyone give me good information on the C&C Landfall 43? (1983) There seems to be very little out there about this model.

Also, what does anyone know about the Gulfstar Sailmaster 47 (1980)I know they''re slugs in light winds etc., but what about construction and seaworthy qualities??

Iny info- pro or con- would be greatly appreciated.
