Choosing a Skiff

Okay, so after a decade of sailing small one-design keelboats (FFs, Ynglings, Etchells, Dragons) I've decided to get involved in skiff sailing.

Bearing in mind I haven't raced dinghys since I was a little tacker on Optimists and Lasers, what should I be going for?

I'd prefer something with a trapeze and headsail. I'd like something reasonably cheap because I don't envisage owning it for more than a couple of years - it's mainly to get my head around skiff sailing before I move onto something better.

At the moment I'm looking at a Flying Dutchman, but I'm a bit wary about that massive genoa... makes me wonder what it's like going around corners.
