Annapolis surveyor

I''m sure this topic has been broached before, but I can''t find the thread.

I''m looking for recommendations for a thorough Annapolis-area surveyor.

Who have you personally used and found to be "top shelf?"

Thanks...Michael

I''ve used David Manning and was very highly impressed. He was extremely thorough and really seemed to know what he was doing. As a result of his findings, I withdrew my initial offer and made a much lower offer. The purchase fell through, but I''m convinced that he saved me a lot of money and hardship. He is expensive, charged me $20.00/ft., but I think that it was money well spent. His number is:410-263-5852

I''ve used Steve Sanders 410-310-0714.

He did two boats for me. What ever you ask to see a sample survey on another. Then you can compare what you expected to get. One of the boat He surveyed for was in Florida. Steve is from the Annapolis area. After interviewing a few surveyors in FL, I asked Steve if he could fly to FL to survey the second boat. He did.

Reasonabley priced $16/ft.
