mitiempo will become famous soon enough
It looks pretty original. Luckily I don't have that cushion pattern, mine are multiple shades of grey. My hull is white with a 1" red stripe at the beginning of the tumblehome.

As far as the doors - the first thing I said when buying was "ever get complaints about this door?" I removed it and will replace with a curtain. The layout is good although the galley is small but I modified mine. For a single person it works well - nothing to convert on a daily basis and good headroom. Sails well, very solid build, all deck items bedded with butyl and most likely free of leaks unless a previous owner added/modified something. Diesel works well, could be more powerful but runs well after 35 years. I wouldn't want an outboard - the boat is too large for it to be effective, prop would be out of the water when you needed it most. The diesel is a horizontal 1 cylinder, lots of room, easy to get to it for any work/adjustments.

Yes the deep keel is iron, as many others including Beneteau are.

And the price could be described as a gift.

We have a similar "hideaway head" as Bob Perry dubbed it. I can see how it might be a PITA if you don't get the order of door closure right, but the PO of our boat did something clever- he made the salon/ head door a bifold.
