looking for a quality catamaran

my wife and I spent part of last summer on a 52 foot Kelsal cat with the idea of purchasing it. It sank, so we3 are looking for something else. The boat is going to Belize, mostly for our own use but also some charter. We are lookin for something over 40 feet, early to mid 90''s for under $200000. Anyone have an idea about what the "best buy" might be?

Hi. My father is selling his 1994 St Francis catamaran but the price is higher than you stated (it is selling for $275000), so I am not sure if you will be interested. It has 4 big cabins, 2 are queen sized cabins with tubs and 2 are double with showers. The boat is in immaculate condition and would be perfect for chartering and cruising. If you are interested please let me know.
