Best place/way to sell my Pearson 365 ketch

I have made the decision to sell my 1976 Pearson 365 Ketch. I no longer liveaboard and find that I just don't get out sailing enough to justify the cost of ownership. I live in St. John, Virgin Islands and have Serena on a mooring here. What recommendations do any of you out there have for selling her? Are there some websites that are better than others? Is it worthwhile to list with a broker? How much commission does a broker get?

Down here the best brokers are Maritime on St Thomas or BVI Yacht Sales on Tortola. I would try listing it on Craigslist and the Island Trader first.
By the way what are the details on the boat and how much do you want for it?

I generally think brokers earn their commissions. Presumably, you'll get advertising, help with contracts, separation from buyers, and a listing on Yachtworld.com if you use a broker.

Here are a few other places I browse for use sailboats that might work for your situation:

Craigslist

Sailing Texas: Sailboats for sale

Sailboat Listings

eBay
