Excellent surveyor needed - Hilton Head area

Anyone got any recommendations for a really good surveyor who would cover the Hilton Head area.
I''m looking for someone very thorough who is comfortable working with uncommon boats.
I need the expertise because I just don''t have it and would hate to make a mistake.

not having been there in a while i''ve lost contact with old friends but am sure that the guy who runs the Bluffton S.C. oyster house (Mr. Toomer) is a native of both hilton head and the sea side industries. he and his family have been in the seafood business all of their lives. if anyone would know someone qualified he would.
Another is a general contractor in the same area; Neal Lax has been working the hilton head area for a long time and also may know who to call. and lastly if that fails call palmer johnson/intermarine in savannah,or try sail harbor also in savannah. all of these will have numbers in their respective phone books. if this dosent get you the info you need, email me and i''ll provide you with others i know in the area

Thanks for the reply, I hope to need a surveyor soon in that area - got to check out the boat myself first and am having a hard time getting there. Perhaps while i''m there I could follow up on those leads. Thanks again.
