Re: 1978 Columbia 9.6 meter

I got lost Rick. Did you buy the Columbia 9.6 ??? I all but stole mine & am now living aboard. She's a little tight but just fine for an old trashy dog like me. Winter here now & I've settled into re-sewing the sumbrella cover on the self-furling genoa. I replaced all the running rigging before I started sailing her. I'm well pleased with her so far. She heels more then my 40 cutter , but is somehow more comfortable . Easier for me to singlehand & very agile. I sail her right into my slip most times. How are you liking yours ???
