need help about a potential buy...

I''m getting close to buying a 1980 Tanzer 22, and I''ve looked it over myself before getting a surveyor. I see a potential problem with the keel/hull joint area, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me from a photo if it''s a serious problem. If it is a big problem, I definitely won''t buy it, and there''s no point in paying a surveyor $300 to look at the rest of the boat. Any help would be great - I can send anyone photos if they think they could figure anything out from a picture. Cheers!
