What Kind of Boat is this?

Trying to figure out what kind of boat this is:

Built in Kaohsiung in 1982, Hull ID starts with "EYS38" which the MIC database says is "Edmonds Yacht Sales" - which I believe imported sailboats from Taiwan, but I don''t know what "brand" the boat was. I think this might be a motorsailer or a pilothouse.

Thanks for any help anyone comes up with!

Eddie

Couldn''t find a direct ref to a 38'', but it appears a builder named "Young Sun" made a series of boats between 35''-43'' was built in Kaohsiung from the late ''70s and early ''80s.

Hope this helps,

Bill

Bill - Thanks for the input.

From what I can tell, Young Sun did a 35, 43 & 54 for a while, NADA lists them with boats starting in 1984, although I''ve googled-up listings for earlier ''80''s versions of the same model.

Still looking to bome up with something that would match up with a Hull ID starting with "EYS38" with a mfg date of June 82.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks for your help!
Eddie
