Ericson 36C

Anyone have any information on the Ericson 36C. Interesting boats, older, will need lots of $$$ to upgrade and replace systems. I've seen the draft listed anywhere from 5' to 6'6". I realize it will vary depending on the load, wonder what owner's have seen. Also worry about the balsa cored deck and the chainplates. I realize chainplates are suspect on any older boat, but these are suspended on a metal "knee". I've been aboard two 36c's and they both had leaks forward around the two drain pipes for the foredeck. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Re: Ericson 36C

Neat boats but very small rigs - motorsailer territory. I always thought that was odd coming from Bruce King in his racing boat heyday.
