American Sail Pennant

Hi all. Thinking about buying a small dighy to learn to sail on, but want to be able to take a couple of my kids out on it, with option of putting a small outboard and rowing. I found this Pennant by American Sail and am not able to find any reviews online for this. http://www.americansail.com/pennant.php

Anyone have experience with this one or can reccomend a like one? Thanks,
