Looks like it's just in the design phase. You would have to show the plans to a builder to get a cost. Sounds like what my friend did with his house....had some beautiful plans drawn and then bid out the job to contractors. Needless to say, there are many aspects of the design in the original plans that will not be in the final product...

It's a rigid wing design sailboat, basically it's an airplane on it's side like all sailboats really...

not as crazy a design as L'Hydroptere which is still breaking all records set by an actual sailboat.

Initially ugly like most all new auto designs are to me...then they later grow on me....I suppose this would be much the same..

I hope it gets built...it will be interesting to follow its development and actual performance.
