Beneteau first 21.7s

I am thinking of buying a first 21.7s, has anyone any advice? Is it really a practical trailer sailer?
Was also looking at a Jeanneau Sun 2000 but was informed that they were no longer being made and that they were a little skittish anyway.

21.7 is a well built boat that has a very long track record of success in the market. Finot design with OK quarters under deck and good sail plan and rigging / cockpit set-up. Most stable of it's peer group and fast for it's size and design objectives. Can't go wrong if yo're looking at it is a do everything day sailor as long as you have a camping metality while under deck. A friend had one for 5 years and was happy with it. Sold because he moved and didn't have access local sailing grounds.

Thanks for that, you are confirming what I thought however the whole package including trailer is quite expensive. Need to do some soul searching!
