Any thoughts on Parkins built H-28

Just wondering what opinions there were on the Hereshoff H-28. A 1981 built by Parkins down in Ft. Lauderdale.

Set up as a sloop - off set prop - volvo MD71 looks like there is no traveller?

Have you sailed one? What do you think?
