What type of boat is this

my neighbor is trying to get rid of his boat its in decent shape besides the rigging, can anyone tell me what boat this is? its 20+ft.

Kinda' looks like a MacGregor 22' : MACGREGOR 22 sailboat specifications and details on sailboatdata.com
Pretty widely owned decent trailer sailor. The rigging should not cost that much to replace.

I'm guessing Mac21, but it might be a Mac22. Either way, you should be able to find more than enough online info to get her sailing again.
