Head Repair

Hi, I just joined this group. I have a '72 Bristol 26 with a Headmate that does not work, I purchased a $73 headmate repair kit for this model, but for some strange reason Wilcox Crittendon does not provide any instructions. Can anyone help me? I'm in over my head on this one!!
