Why are there so many Bristol fora? 4 including this one.
 

At least 2 on Yahoo, and one on Google. Why? If you combined the traffic on all of them you'd still have one pretty quiet forum.

A quick look at traffic (posts in the last week:)

Bristolboatowners on Yahoo : 13
BristolYachts on Yahoo : 3
Bristol Yachts on Google : None
This one on Sailnet : Two, including this one!

Personally, I think that most of the questions that come up in boat-specific forums are really general to lots of boats. I can usually get my questions answered more effectively on general forums. Also, these Bristol forums cover a number of different models, with different designers. It would be nice to have an active group talking about issues relevant to my boat, but, that numbers just aren't there.

I agree, it would be nice if there was just one forum.
